Octal Small Form Factor Pluggable

An OSFP (Octal Small Form-factor Pluggable) DAC cable is a high-speed, hot-pluggable factory terminated cable designed for data center and networking applications. It integrates multiple optical interfaces into a compact form factor, typically offering eight lanes of high-speed transmission. OSFP transceivers support various protocols and data rates, including Ethernet, InfiniBand, and Fibre Channel, with speeds reaching up to 800 Gbps.
