“We don’t mind what brand of hardware you have in your network, we just want to help you connect it all together.”

While switch manufacturers supply Direct Attach Cables that will work in their switches, they do not have a solution for connecting from their switch to a system from another manufacturer. Not all networks are monogamous in their hardware brands, some using Arista for the edge switches and Cisco on the core, maybe a Juniper security device, and an HP server. Each of these systems requires different coding in their DAC to be recognized properly by the host device. GigaTech codes each DAC in house, allowing for the customization necessary to connect all of these devices.
